At the Ordinary Meeting of 6 December 2016, Council resolved to exhibit the draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 702-704 Canterbury Road, Belmore.

The VPA requires the developer to dedicate an area of land of approximately 37.15m2 in size for the extension of Timothy Lane at the rear of the property, and construct it.

The draft VPA, explanatory note, and Council report can be viewed by downloading the documents from the Document Library, or view at Council’s Customer Service Centres in Bankstown and Campsie.

The draft VPA is on exhibition until 31 January 2017, when written submissions must also be received by.
