Council is reviewing our Pre-Booked Council Clean Up Service and we’d like to know what you think of it and what you’d like to see in the future.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
Council Clean Up Service Review 2018

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Entry into the prize draw is open only to residents of the Canterbury Bankstown Local Government Area who fully complete the survey and provide contact details (name, home address and daytime phone number).
  3. Employees of Canterbury Bankstown Council may not enter into the prize draw.
  4. Winners will be selected randomly.
  5. The prize is five gift cards to the value of $100.00.
  6. The prize is not refundable.
  7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
  8. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
  9. The winner will be drawn at 12 noon on Monday 3 December 2018 at Level 3, Civic Tower, 66-72 Rickard Road BANKSTOWN NSW 2200.
  10. The winners will be notified by phone, and should the winner/s not be able to be contacted within 2 weeks, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same venue at 12 noon on Monday 17 December 2018.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, its employees and agencies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of or in any way connected with this promoter and/or its prizes.
  12. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Entrant’s personal information is collected to enable the promoter to administer & promote this competition & its winners.
  14. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of the above conditions of entry.
