Consultation has concluded

Council has resolved to publicly exhibit the Local Orders Policy.

This Policy provides a framework for Council to manage its enforcement functions in regard to the keeping of animals, public health and environmental protection. It provides criteria that Council will take into consideration when determining whether to issue an Order pursuant to Section 124 of the Local Government Act 1993.

The Policy can be viewed at Council’s Bankstown and Campsie Customer Service Centres, or online here.
