Council invites you to have your say on the planning proposal for the site at No. 479 Henry Lawson Drive in Milperra (Lot 2 DP 576251).

The intended outcomes of the planning proposal are to allow ‘garden centres’ as an additional permitted use on the site, and to manage the likely environmental effects as a result of the proposal.

This planning proposal follows the approval of a retail plant nursery on the site (DA 840/2010) by the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel. The retail plant nursery is currently under construction. In this regard, the planning proposal is limited to seeking an additional permitted use on the site.

Council has delegation to make the LEP.
