In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant easements to Ausgrid for provision of a substation, right of way and associated easement for power over community land located within the Belmore Sports Ground Complex. These easements are required as part of the construction of the new Bulldogs Centre of Excellence development.

The easements will allow Ausgrid to install a substation and underground cabling for the Bulldogs Centre of Excellence, approved by the NSW Government as part of a State Significant Development (SSD 69627466).

Proposed easement

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intent to grant these easements as expressly authorised by Generic Plan Of Management for community land and Crown land.

This will be on public exhibition for 28 days and close on Wednesday 25 March 2026, 5pm.
