Proposed substation easement 🔵🔴🟢🌐

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant an easement to Ausgrid for provision of power over community land to the Canterbury Aquatic Centre located at 17 Phillips Avenue, Canterbury. This easement is required as part of the construction of the new Canterbury Aquatic Centre development.

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intent to grant this easement as expressly authorised by Generic Plan Of Management for community land and Crown land.

This will be on public exhibition for 28 days and close on Wednesday 25 March 2026, 5pm.
