You are invited to do this survey to tell us about what it is like living as a child or young person in the City of Canterbury Bankstown.

We are trying to make our City a Child Friendly City who 'upholds all of the rights of children and young people' under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (For more information visit childfriendlycities.org ).

We would like to hear from children and young people in the area and tell us how you think we can do better. We also want to hear from their parents, families, carers, and the people who work with them.

Please complete the survey below that best suits your situation. If a question is not relevant click ‘does not apply’.

Only completed surveys will be used for our research and be eligible to go in the draw for a chance to win a Westfield Gift Cardto the value of $100-00 .
