Background

On 7 September 2022, a Development Application was lodged to Council (DA-650/2022) at 373 Horsley Road, Milperra. This application is a Nominated Integrated Development and requires the issuing of a controlled activity approval from the Department of Planning and Environment - Water and may require an aquifer interference approval from Water NSW, under the Water Management Act 2000. This application, having a Capital Investment Value greater than $30m, will be determined by the Sydney South Planning Panel on behalf of Council.

This proposal

The Development Application includes:

  • Demolition of existing structures, remediation of land, site preparation works.
  • Construction of 2 warehouse buildings for use as a warehouse and distribution centre including associated site servicing works, hardstand and landscaped areas, car parking, and supporting infrastructure.
