Draft Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan for Sub-Catchments of the Mid Georges River

Council has prepared a Draft Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan for Sub-Catchments of the Mid Georges River.

The Draft Floodplain Risk Management Study identifies flood problems and investigates options to reduce them. A Plan of recommended actions, works and initiatives for managing flooding is outlined. The Study includes a Waterways and Water Quality Improvement Plan for the study area which identifies opportunities for improvement.

Council invites you to comment on the draft Study and Plan. The public exhibition extends from 30 September 2016 – 11 November 2016.
