New Licence for 64 Penshurst Road, Narwee with Active Kids Pre-School Centre

Council is proposing to enter into a Licence agreement with the Active Kids Pre-School Centre to allow the use of the existing community facility in Narwee (refer to the area 1 marked on the attached map). Lot 101 DP 735059

The community facility will be used for activities relating to the operation of a pre-school.

The site is categorised as “community land”, therefore, granting a lease, licence or other estate for the current proposal would be consistent with the core objectives outlined in the Local Government Act 1993.

The term of the licence is for a period not greater than 5 years.

The name of the lessee is the Active Kids Pre-school Centre of Excellence Pty Limited.

All submissions need to be addressed to the General Manager, Canterbury Bankstown Council, PO Box 8, Bankstown NSW 1885. Please note this will be on public exhibition from 1 May, 2018 for a period of 28 days. Written submissions will be accepted up to 42 days from this date.
