Background

Canterbury-Bankstown Council authorises a public exhibition on the following proposed lease agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council is advertising its intent to grant the following lease as expressly authorised by Generic Plan Of Management for crown land.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant the following lease over community land.

Address: Kiosk, Gough Whitlam Park, 177-205 Bayview Avenue, Earlwood

Lot and DP: Park Lot 7009 DP93565

Permitted Use: Kiosk

Term: Five (5) years – Lease

Lessee: The Trustee for Cross Eatery Unit Trust
