Background
CBCity’s revised Delivery Program 2018-2022 is on public exhibition until Sunday 17 January 2021. The Delivery Program outlines the priorities and broad strategies to achieve the community goals and priorities in CBCity 2028 (10-year community strategic plan), and to keep our City thriving, dynamic and real.
The Delivery Program has been updated to address the concerns outlined in Council’s Financial Strategy and Long Term Financial Plan, and in particular the need for Council to harmonise the rating structure across the City and the potential introduction of a Special Rate Variation to continue to provide the quality of services and facilities expected by our community.
One Rate System
Rates across the City are being reviewed and are proposed to change from July 2021. Click below for more information.
