Background

On 9 November 2022, a Development Application was lodged to Council (DA-715/2022) at 270-286 Horsley Road, Milperra. The application is designated development in accordance with Schedule 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021. The application is integrated development as the works proposed require a license to be issued by the Environmental Protection Authority.

This proposal

The Development Application includes:

  • Remediation of contaminated soils, site preparation works, demolition of all existing structures on site.
  • Clearing of vegetation and site grading to achieve bulk earthworks levels.
