The Canterbury Bankstown Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 was adopted by Council at the 23 June 2022 Ordinary Meeting. See Agenda/Minutes, Item 5.1.

This plan outlines approximately $935M of infrastructure improvement works in our city over the next 15 years, of which two thirds will be paid for by new developments. This will ensure that we have the right open space and recreational facilities, community and cultural facilities and access and public domain facilities in place for our residents as our city grows.

Over the past couple of months we have consulted the community on our draft Infrastructure Plan and Council has now adopted the final plan which is expected to take effect in the coming months. Further updates will follow.
