The draft Development Control Plan establishes site-specific provisions to control residential care facility development at 20 and 21 Boorea Avenue, Lakemba.

The proposed amendments are to ensure appropriate site controls are applied to residential care facility development (seniors living) including, built form, solar access, setbacks, landscaping, traffic and parking.
