The initial phase of the project will involve the design of the following:

Community Centre:

• Large multipurpose hall with seating up to 200 people and kitchen facilities.
• Medium size meeting room with seating up to 40 people and kitchenette facilities.
• External covered space connected to the large multipurpose hall and medium size meeting room.
• Internal toilets and family room.
• External public toilet.

Park Upgrade:

• Green open space with seating.
• Raingarden.
• Playful spaces.
• New footpaths.
