Chester Hill - Hector and Wolumba Street Bridges Upgrade

Consultation has concluded

The City of Canterbury Bankstown is proposing to upgrade Hector St and Wolumba St bridges at Chester Hill across the Sydney Water Pipeline and we are interested to know your thoughts .

Timing

Work is expected to commence between August and November 2018, and is anticipated to take 12 months to complete.

Altered conditions

Vehicle and pedestrian access across both bridges may be affected during the construction period. Traffic management strategies will be in place with identified detour routes.

Further consultation will be undertaken to inform the community of the proposed works and stages.
