Following Council’s Ordinary Meeting on 23 July 2023, a rescission motion was lodged in respect to this planning proposal, meaning the matter was still open for Council’s consideration at the next Ordinary Meeting. On 29 August 2023, Council considered if the previous Council resolution should be withdrawn as per the rescission motion. The motion of rescission was put before Council and lost. Council will therefore not proceed with this planning proposal and will be withdrawing the application. See Agenda/Minutes, Item 5.1.
