Background

At the 6 December 2022 Ordinary Meeting, Council authorised the public exhibition of this proposed licence agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993.

The property is located in Revesby/Bunya Ward at 26A Childs Street, Panania and is classified community land.

Public Notice - Licence Agreement

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant the following licence, as expressly authorised by Council’s Deepwater Park and Kelso Parklands Plan of Management.

Details for the new Licence Agreement with Canterbury Bankstown Tennis Association at 26A Childs Street, Panania are:

  • Council is proposing to enter into a licence agreement with Canterbury Bankstown Tennis Association to allow the continued use of the tennis court complex at 26A Childs Street, Panania – being part of Lot 20 DP 859405;
  • The licensed area is outlined in green in the aerial photograph below;
  • The term of the proposed licence will be for a period of five (5) years; and
  • The proposed licensee will be Canterbury Bankstown Tennis Association Incorporated.
