In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to expressly authorise the following leases, licences and other estates within Council’s Generic Plan of Management. The site is classified as “community land”, therefore, granting a lease, licence or other estate for the current proposal would be consistent with the core objectives outlined in the Local Government Act 1993.

Notice is hereby given of the formal public exhibition of a proposed lease and licence to Western Suburbs Australian Football Club to allow the use of the existing sporting clubroom within Wagener Oval amenities building (Lot 3 DP 30778).

The Clubhouse will be used for activities relating to the operation of the sporting club for the provision of sporting activities.

The term of the licence is for a period of five years with a five-year option

The name of the licensee is the Western Suburbs Australian Football Club.
