Public Exhibition Of Homedale Road, Bankstown

Consultation has concluded

Council at its Meeting on 26 April 2016, resolved to purchase a parcel of land from Sydney Water Corporation at 28 Homedale Road, Bankstown (Lot 102 DP 1228873). The land purchase on 30 June 2017 is to facilitate the construction of the road cul-de-sac of Homedale Road.

This public notification confirms Council’s intention to classify the land as Operational Land, under s31 of the Local Government Act 1993. This notification is open for public viewing until COB 10 August 2017. Notifications have also been included on both The Express (11 July) and The Torch (12 July) Newspapers. This exhibition can also be viewed at Council’s Administration Centre in Rickard Road, Bankstown.
