Council has revised its Section 94A Development Contributions Plan - Bankstown that outlines the circumstances under which development contributions will be levied and how this money will be invested by Council to help meet the cost of providing public facilities.

    Revisions to the draft plan exhibited under the former Bankstown City Council over April and May 2016 have been made to reflect the formation of Canterbury-Bankstown Council. The revised draft plan better reflects the needs and priorities for the former Bankstown City Council Local Government Area, and also includes an amended works program, which can be viewed in Table 1 of the document. Council invites comments on the Section 94A Development Contributions Plan – Bankstown at:
