Smart CBCity Competition

Competition has concluded

Help us build a smart CBCity & win!

The City of Canterbury Bankstown is on a journey of exploration, to determine how we can create a thriving, dynamic and real city of the future – a Smart City.

It’s extremely important the community is on that journey, especially our youth, who will be our leaders of the future. We need your help.

We’d like to invite students from schools in our city to get involved by submitting a 1-2 minute video, answering the following questions:

  • What does the future look like for you? Take into account:
    • Technology;
    • Growing populations;
    • Changing demographics;
    • Geo-political shifts in power;
    • Scarcity of resources;
    • Climate disruption; and
    • Greater environmental pressures.
  • How should Council help build that future?

Entries open Friday 12 April and close Friday 31 May 2019, with the winner receiving a Flashforge Adventurer III 3D Printer for their school.

If you have any questions, or require further information, please call Council’s Community Engagement Officer, Christopher Manoski, on 9707 9771, or email on christopher.manoski@cbcity.nsw.gov.au
