Background

We are continuing our digital journey through the development of a Digital Strategic Plan (the Plan). The Plan will guide and support Council’s activities, decision-making, and services in the digital technology, IT systems, data and innovation space.

This proposal

The Plan will use digital technology to improve liveability, sustainability, connectivity and overall productivity of our City and organisation. It uses digital solutions to help manage services and infrastructure effectively. Ultimately, a digital strategy improves community and organisational outcomes by delivering innovative solutions to real life challenges.
