A digital city leverages technology, data and innovation to enhance the liveability, sustainability and connectivity of our City. It uses digital solutions to deliver services and infrastructure effectively, and encourages innovative thinking within the community. Council is progressing the digital city journey of Canterbury-Bankstown through a CBCity Digital Strategic Plan. This Plan will combine all of Council’s existing digital strategies, providing clear guidance on how digital technology will be used within in the community. Ultimately the Plan will improve community outcomes by delivering innovative solutions to real problems.

The Plan is under development. We are undertaking a survey and workshop to understand your expectations of digital activity in Canterbury-Bankstown, and also obtain your views and insights on draft elements of the Plan. Your input will help refine the priorities and directions of the Plan, ensuring it meets the needs and addresses the concerns of the Canterbury-Bankstown community.
