2018-21 Delivery Program & 2018-19 Operational Plan, Budget and Schedule of Fees and Charges

The 2018-21 Delivery Program outlines how Council will work over the next three years to achieve the community goals and priorities in CBCity 2028, a 10-year strategic plan to keep our City thriving, dynamic and real!

Supporting the Delivery Program is a Operational Plan which details the individual projects and activities to be undertaken next financial year and the money that Council will raise and spend to undertake that work. Council’s 2018-19 budget includes $87.5 million for capital works to improve roads, footpaths, parks, building, and sporting fields throughout the City.

The 2018-21 Delivery Program and the 2018-19 Operational Plan are important documents for the City and to residents, government agencies, businesses and community groups alike.
