Planning Proposal Part Of 10 Simmat Avenue, Condell Park

Consultation has concluded

On 13 November 2018, a planning proposal (PP_2018_CBANK_006) was put forward, which related to part of the site at 10 Simmat Avenue, Condell Park.

The planning proposal intendd to amend the Bankstown Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2015 by rezoning part of the site from Zone SP2 Water Supply System to Zone R2 Low Density Residential, and applying a maximum floor space ratio of 0.5:1, a maximum building height of 9 metres and a minimum lot size of 450 square metres.


Council had delegation to make the LEP.

The planning proposal was on exhibition between 13 November 2018 to 14 December 2018
