Background

At the 27 February 2024 ordinary meeting Council authorised a public exhibition on the following proposed lease agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intent to grant the following lease as expressly authorised by the Generic Plan Of Management for community land and Crown land.

Lease Agreement

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant the following lease over community land and Crown land:

Leasee: Belmore Bowling and Recreation Club Limited

Address: 1A Leylands Parade, 1B and 1C Edison Lane, Belmore

Lot and DP: 1A Leylands Parade (Lot 1 DP1040210), 1B Edison Lane (Lot 20 DP1161968) and 1C Edison Lane (Lot 21 DP1161968), Belmore

Permitted Use: Bowling and Recreation Club and associated clubhouse facilities, two bowling greens and parking.

Term: Three (3) years

Leyland Parade & Edison Lane, Belmore
