Future opportunities

At the current time, there are no plans for changes to the existing play area (near the proposed Hub site) where the play space, skate and basketball equipment are located. However, we are taking this opportunity to better understand how you would like this outdoor space upgraded if funding is available in the future.

When construction of the new community facility is completed, this site will have great potential to support a diverse range of outdoor activities including (but not limited to):

  • Active youth space;
  • Inclusive hang-out space;
  • Community gathering space;
  • Terraced seating and lawn embankment; and/or
  • Nature and sensory play.

We welcome your feedback and comments about this site which, will helps us better understand how you ( and the broader community) would like to see the site upgraded.
