Background

At its 3 December 2024 ordinary meeting, Council authorised the public exhibition of the above mentioned proposed Licence Agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993.

The proposed granting of the licence is to assist the Club with repair work to be carried out to the adjacent Ice Rink building, and is consistent with the provisions of the adopted Generic Plan Of Management for community land and Crown land that applies to the land.

Licence Agreement

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Canterbury-Bankstown Council is advertising its intention to grant the following licence over community land.

Permitted Use: Construction compound site for the Ice Skating Club building work

Term: Three (3) years

Licensee: The Ice Skating Club of NSW Co-operative Limited
