Background

The Ice Skating Club of NSW Co-operative Limited (the Club) has requested an extension of the previously resolved licence over the adjacent land, part of 17 Phillips Avenue, Canterbury.

The proposed granting of the licence is to assist the Club to undertake construction work on a new ice skating rink.

At the 17 June 2025 Ordinary Meeting, Council agreed in-principle to grant an extension of the existing licenced area to the Club for part of 17 Phillips Avenue, Canterbury and place this on public exhibition.

We're now seeking your feedback on the extension of the existing licenced area. This project will be open for feedback from Wednesday 2 July-Wednesday 30 July 2025. Following this exhibition, a further report will be provided to Council for its consideration and decision.
